Vacancy announcement for the position of  Admin/Finance Intern (Paid)

COCAP seeks application from qualified and result oriented candidates for the following position:

Stipend
NPR 15,000 per month
Role & Responsibilities:
  •  Provide accounting support to the Admin/ Finance Officer & Coordinator.
  • Assist the seniors on book keeping and budgeting.
  • Maintain the inventory list and fixed asset list.
  • Arrange for travel, transportation, accommodations and other logistics support.
  • Assist the seniors in tax deposition and E-TDS entries in website of IRD.
  • Maintain the personnel files and records.
  • Submit the report to the seniors regarding financial matters.
  • Perform any other duties as required under supervision of Admin/Finance Officer & Coordinator.
 
Qualification & Required Skills
  • At least Intermediate degree in Management & Commerce. Bachelor’s running is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and office packages.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge on Nepalese tax and laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali languages
  • You are a citizen of Nepal.
