Having been selected among the 68 organizations observing the upcoming local level elections slated for May 13 across the country, COCAP held an orientation programme today on May 10 at its National Secretariat in Kathmandu.
With participants from virtual and from physical session, Executive Director at Center for Policy Governance (C4PG) Rakesh Karna gave the orientation to the selected election observers from all the seven provinces.The orientation was focused on dos and don’ts for the poll observers. It focused on their primary responsibilities as observers. The programme was concluded by COCAP chairperson Roshana Khadka. She urged everyone to coordinate with returning officers and be mindful of any activities that can trigger trouble at the polling booths.
